Can you provide Vietnamese cuisine on board?

Yes. We can prepare Vietnamese specialities as well as international dishes, adapted to reheating on board.

How do you handle allergies and dietary needs?

Requirements are confirmed in writing with the kitchen and each dish is labelled.

What is the latest time to order?

It depends on the airport and the menu. Send the order as early as possible and we will confirm the cut-off for your flight.

Do you deliver to aircraft handled by another agent?

Yes. We coordinate delivery airside with whichever handling agent serves your aircraft.

Can you supply beverages and amenities?

Yes. Beverages, ice, flowers, newspapers and cabin amenities can be added to the order.

Is catering available at all airports?

Catering is available at Vietnam’s main airports; at smaller airports we arrange delivery from the nearest suitable kitchen.
