Questions, answered
Still have a question? Our operations team replies around the clock.
WhatsAppWhich carriers do you support?
Scheduled and non-scheduled airlines, charter and ACMI operators, seasonal programmes, cargo charters and government flights.
Do you replace our ground handling agent?
We contract and supervise the licensed handling agent at each airport on your behalf, and remain your single point of contact.
Can you set up a seasonal or charter programme?
Yes. We plan permits, slots, handling, fuel and supplier contracts for the whole programme and run it rotation by rotation.
Can you act as our representative with CAAV?
Yes. Our representative office prepares applications and correspondence and follows them up with CAAV and other agencies on your behalf.
How quickly can you start?
For a single flight, as soon as we receive the details. For a programme, we agree the scope and contacts, then set up the station before the first rotation.
How is the service priced?
Per flight for ad-hoc operations, or per programme or month for representation, plus pass-through costs. We propose a structure that fits your operation.
